However, we are actively planning for a web-based version of the event, a virtual conference and training experience for clients worldwide. If you would like to restructure or postpone your previously scheduled service, please contact your Service Provider, Project Manager or Account Manager as soon as possible.Īfter assessing the rapid acceleration in the spread of COVID-19, and based on new mandates for large social gatherings, the in-person TechCon 2020 events, previously scheduled in Jacksonville, Oregon USA, and Sydney, NSW Australia have been canceled. Keep in mind, remote (web-based) services may be a suitable substitute for your onsite service. However, in the event, you (our clients) or our service provider prefer to reschedule or restructure your onsite service work, we are prepared to help make the needed adjustments to your service plan.
